Program Qualifications

  • Minimum 2.0 GPA in college
  • Medically qualified
  • Meet physical fitness standards
  • Must be a full-time student
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be younger than 31 years old the year of graduation(age may be waivered)

  • Full Tuition and Fees (about $39,000 annually)
  • $1,200 per year for books
  • $420 per month for living expenses
  • Additional Room & Board Presidential Scholarship from Capital University
  • HECC: Students may register for ROTC classes through the Higher Education Council of Columbus Cross-Registration Program (HECC). When ready to register please email registrar@liplus.net 

Commission Requirements

  • Program available for Undergraduate and Graduate degree seeking students
  • Complete up to 8 Military Science courses or receive credit for JROTC, Military basic training, or ROTC basic camp
  • Complete an approved Military History course
  • Complete Advanced Camp (6 weeks -Summer prior to senior year)
  • Pass Army body composition standards and Army fitness standards
  • Receive Army security clearance
  • Approved medical eligibility
